Workflows running on your data
Not a demo on sample data. The real thing, wired to your systems, producing output your team trusts every cycle.
For finance teams that have seen what AI can do, and are done watching it stay in a demo.
One-on-one, hands-on implementation of the Intelligent Workflow method - on your data, inside your environment. We design it, build it, get IT comfortable with it, and deploy it. So it runs every close, not just in the room where we built it.
Short application · Scoping call · Limited spots
Your team is capable. You have run the pilots. Someone has been to the training, maybe the cohort. You have seen the demo where AI writes the variance commentary in seconds and everyone in the room leans forward.
Then everyone goes back to their desk. The pilot never touches the real data. IT has questions nobody has answered. The workflow that looked effortless in a clean example falls apart against your actual systems, your actual close, your actual mess.
So it stalls. Not because the technology does not work. Because nobody has sat with your team, in your environment, and built the thing all the way to production.
The gap is never the model. It is the last mile: your data, your systems, your people. That is the part I do with you.
If this is not the right fit yet, there is zero judgment. The Intelligent Workflow cohort is often the better first step - it is where teams learn the method before we bring it into your environment.
Not calls and access. Outcomes. Here is what is true at the end that was not true at the start.
Not a demo on sample data. The real thing, wired to your systems, producing output your team trusts every cycle.
I sit in the room for the security, access, and governance questions, and translate between finance and IT so the project does not die in review.
You are not buying a black box. Your people build it with me, so they can fix it, extend it, and add the next one after I am gone.
The same input gives the same result. No numbers that were never in your data. Workflows you can put the team's name on.
Direct access to me through the build, so your team is never stuck for days on the one question blocking everything else.
The workflows and the method live with your team. If a person leaves, the capability does not walk out the door with them.
The Intelligent Workflow method is how a workflow goes from idea to something your team can rely on. In guided implementation, we run it on a workflow that matters to you.
This page is the application, not the program. We save the detail for the conversation, once we both know it is a fit.
Complete a short, confidential application and book a call. It tells me about your team, your data, your systems, and what you want running by the end.
If it looks like a fit, we get on a call and map the engagement - which workflow, what it touches, who is involved, and what "done" looks like for you.
We implement it together, one-on-one with your team, on your data, with sync support throughout - until it is deployed and your team owns it.
I have spent years using AI to go deeper in FP&A. Not just faster.
I am an FP&A professional, not an AI vendor. For the last few years I have used AI to build clarity systems and finance workflows that actually hold up in production, and I teach finance teams around the world to do the same through the Intelligent Workflow method.
Guided implementation is where I take that method into one company at a time and build it with your team, in your environment. It is close, hands-on work, and I want every engagement done right. So I take on only a handful of companies each quarter.
This is one-on-one, hands-on work, and it is capped by my schedule, not by demand. I take on a few teams each quarter. When those spots are full, they are full until the next one. If your team is ready to move, apply now.
Apply to work togetherEvery engagement is scoped to your team, your systems, and the workflow you want in production, so the investment is set in the conversation. Each situation is slightly different. We only talk numbers once we both know it is a fit.
It depends on the workflow and how many people are involved, but this is measured in weeks, not months. We agree on the scope and the timeline together in the scoping call, before anything starts.
It helps, but it is not required. If your team is new to the Intelligent Workflow method, we cover what we need as we build. The implementation itself is the fastest way to learn it.
A few hours a week from the people who will own the workflow. That is the point. They build it with me, so they can maintain and extend it long after the engagement ends. This is not something done to your team while they watch.
Yes. That is a core part of what I do. I sit in the IT conversation, work inside your environment, and respect your governance and access rules. Handling that conversation well is usually what separates a workflow that ships from one that stalls in review.
Yes. We work inside your environment. Nothing leaves it without your say-so, and I am happy to sign whatever your security or legal team needs before we begin.
You book a call as part of the application. I review what you have shared, and if it looks like a fit we get on the scoping call to map the engagement. Completing the application does not guarantee a spot - I am selective about the teams I take on.
A short application, a scoping call, and one-on-one build with your team. A few spots each quarter.
